For more than three decades, Marlton Attorney Paul Ferrell has been serving his clients in the State and Federal Courts of New Jersey and Pennsylvania. These cases have involved both criminal matters and civil disputes. He currently serves a wide spectrum of cases as an immigration lawyer, criminal lawyer, DWI attorney, domestic violence attorney, and expungement lawyer.

Starting out, the practice was based in Mount Holly, the seat of Burlington County, New Jersey outside of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Marlton attorney Ferrell has acquired hands- on legal experience in the various New Jersey State Courts including the various Municipal Courts, the New Jersey Superior Court as well as administrative agencies. In Pennsylvania, he appears in matters before the Court of Common Pleas, Magisterial District Court and Philadelphia Traffic Court. On the Federal level, Marlton lawyer Ferrell cases have included cases before the US Bankruptcy Courts in New Jersey and Pennsylvania as well as the United States Magistrate’s Court.
